| Requirements: | We will have kits in the shop or you may choose to pull from your stash. The fabrics should have good contrast among them in order for the pattern to emerge. Use color or value to achieve this contrast. AVOID DIRECTIONAL PRINTS Fabric- Fabric #1 - Light 1 3/4 yards Fabric #2 - Medium 3/4 yard Fabric #3 - Dark 1 yard Border 2 yards Binding 3/4 yard Sewing machine in good working order, power cord, foot pedal, owners manual Piecing thread Rotary cutter, mat, and basic rulers - Mat should be 12"18" or larger. A 6"x12" or similar size ruler should be perfect for class. |
